#36The National Weather Service has put out an ALL CLEAR.

#39Sunshine.

#40Light glowed around the edges of the cellar door.

#41Magoo slipped out of Katie's arms and ran up the steps.

#42Well, let's go see what happened, said Dad.

#43He climbed the steps and pushed the door open.

#44Come on, girls, said Mom.

#45Outside, Katie and Joy saw a broken flowerpot and a twisted lawn chair.

#46A section of the garden fence was missing.

#47Everywhere they looked, tree branches were on the ground .

#48The house didn't blow away!

#49said Katie.

#50That's good news, said Dad.

#51But there's a broken window in the spare room.

#52Grandpa picked something up from the ground.

#53Here's one of my garden gloves, he said.

#54Let's go check the garden, said Mom.

#55And the chickens, said Joy.

#56Katie and Joy ran ahead.

#57The lettuce is smashed!

#59The peas are in the mud!

#62Grandpa, Mom, and Dad caught up with the twins and looked at the garden.

#63I'm pretty sure my watermelon seeds got washed away, said Joy with a sigh.

#64We can get more seeds, said Grandpa.

#65There's nothing here we can't fix.

#66I hear the chickens!

#69she called as she ran to the coop.

#70When she opened the door, the chickens hurried out, fussing and clucking.

#72Everything looks okay here, she called.

#74She turned toward the pond and ran a few steps.

#76she cried, looking up the hill.

#78Part of the tree house got crushed!

#79She suddenly remembered that Jellybean was still missing and gasped.

#80Poor cat, she murmured.

#81Let's go see, said Dad.

#82He and Joy hurried to the tree house and climbed the steps.

#83Dad cleared branches from the window and looked around.

#84I see some broken boards, he said.

#85But we can repair everything.

#86All we need is a good set of tools and teamwork.

#90Then her eyes opened wide.
