#50When everyone was comfortable, Luke said, Your brother says his Model T was the first car in Willow Creek.

#52I was a school girl when Randolph Patterson bought that Model T.

#53Folks didn't like it though.

#54When that car raced down the road, dust clouds filled the air.

#55You couldn't breathe.

#56The farmers, like my daddy, said the dust hurt the crops.

#57And if it was washing day, the ladies had to take everything off the line.

#58They had to wash their laundry all over again.

#59Your brother is going to drive his Model T in the Willow Creek birthday parade, said Luke.

#60Willow Creek is turning 150 years old, said Katie.

#62Time passes quickly.

#63When Willow Creek turned fifty, I was just a little girl.

#64When it turned one hundred, I had gray hair!

#65Ms. Henderson laughed.

#66And now the town is 150 already?

#68And we're going to be in the parade, said Emily.
