#27Let's write numbers along the left side of the graph, said Mrs. Frink.

#28And let's write pets at the bottom of the graph.

#29Mrs. Frink read the first vote.

#30One vote for hamster.

#31Alice wrote hamster at the bottom of the graph.

#32Then Mrs. Frink read another vote.

#33Alice added that to the graph.

#34Soon the bar graph was almost full.

#35Boo! said Alice.

#36Hamster got just one vote!

#37Girafef got two votes!

#38Owen laughed.

#39I see four votes for fish, said Pearl.

#40That's what I voted for!

#41Hedgehog got four votes too, said Eric.

#42It's a tie!

#43No, there's one more vote, said Mrs. Frink.

#44She colored one of the bars on the graph.

#45So, what pet will we get?

#46A hedgehog!
