#21Police have the entire building surrounded.

#22The Ghost Bandit looked down and saw all the police.

#23Some news reporters had arrived too.

#24Ha! cried the Ghost Bandit.

#25There's a fountain!

#26He fired the device again.

#27Then he shot out the window.

#28Uh-oh! said Roxy.

#29She flew as fast as she could.

#30Outside, she saw the Ghost Bandit zipping above the police.

#31A police officer looked up.

#32There's the Ghost Bandit!

#33he cried.

#34The Ghost Bandit was soon above the fountain.

#35Roxy watched the villain.

#36If he lands in that water, he'll be invisible again!

#37she thought.

#38The Ghost Bandit dropped down.

#39Roxy fired her eye laser beams.

#40Whiz-hoo!

#41The battery exploded.

#42Splash!

#43The Ghost Bandit leaped out of the fountain.

#44Ha-ha!

#45He laughed.

#46Now you'll never catch me!

#47I'll—oh no!

#48The Ghost Bandit saw his reflection in a store window.

#49My suit—it's ruined!

#50Roxy's friends were still watching TV in Jack's house.

#51The news reporter was talking to Roxy.

#52The Ghost Bandit was in handcuffs.

#53Police officers were taking money out of the bag.

#54Rocket Girl, said the reporter.

#55Is that the villain you were chasing earlier today?

#56Roxy smiled.

#57That's the Ghost Bandit.

#58He was invisible.

#59But I finally caught him!

#60So Rocket Girl is a good guy, folks, said the reporter.

#61And thanks to her, Metro City is safe once again!

#62Now back to Mighty Man.

#63I knew Rocket Girl was innocent, said Terrell.

#64Jack and Mara smiled.

#65I'm glad Rocket Girl isn't a bad guy, said Jack.

#66Roxy walked into the room.

#67She had a big smile.

#68Hey, everybody!

#69I'm back.

#70Terrell looked at the TV and then at Roxy.

#72Roxy flopped onto the sofa.
