#38cried Will's father.

#39Welcome to our home and shop.

#40Father, Vinnie and Mandy have a special message for Mr. Adams, said Will.

#41Suddenly serious, his father looked at the children.

#43Vinnie shook his head.

#44I'm sorry, sir, but only Mr. Adams can see it.

#45Mandy looked at Vinnie proudly.

#46He was taking his responsibility seriously.

#47Will, take the children inside, said his father.

#48Then go to the silversmith and find Mr. Revere.

#49He will help.

#50Will led Vinnie and Mandy through the house to a warm kitchen.

#51In a large fireplace, a black pot was bubbling.

#52The children saw more pots and pans hanging above the fireplace.

#53Two little girls sat on the floor playing with cloth dolls and little teacups.

#54These are my twin sisters, Margaret and Jane, said Will.

#55Who are your friends, Will?

#56asked Will's mother.

#57She sat at a table peeling potatoes.

#58Will introduced Mandy and Vinnie, and then Mandy spoke to the girls.

#59What are your dolls doing?

#60she asked.

#61They are having a tea party, explained Margaret.

#62But this tea is not from England, said Jane.

#63British tea is very bad, said Margaret.
